What did you want to be when you grew up?  
🎙️ Maverick! I wanted to be a Top Gun pilot but a lack of 20/20 vision at that time meant a hard “no” so that was scuppered day 1. However, as I was involved with youth development in my late teens I then moved towards teacher / trainer type roles (strangely enough!)
 
Top 3 personal values?  
🎙️ Being trustworthy, diligent and inquisitive.
If you can’t be trusted in a B2B or B2C relationship, then all other traits are just wasted.
 
Main passion outside work?  
🎙️ I practice Luthiery in my spare hours (go on look it up)! Otherwise, I’m out there somewhere in the world of music either watching, wishing or occasionally, doing.
 
What would people be surprised to learn about you?  
🎙️ I honed my customer service skills in the hospitality industry in my mid to late teens and later ran a 100-cover Italian pizza restaurant for a couple of years - delizioso!
