e-Zee and RPost have agreed a partnership agreement for RMail.  RMail gives the ability for insurance companies to send policy documents, such as renewals and cancellations, to customers while retaining legal proof of delivery and content. Insurance companies usually fall into one of the below situations, and we can help both.

• They send policy documents via the postal service. This (if sent via registered post) will give proof of delivery, but not content, and is expensive. RMail will provide legal proof of delivery and content, while also being cheaper than a 2^nd class stamp.
• They send policy documents via email. Sending via email may give evidence it was sent, but that it was delivered. RMail gives this essential next step in compliance.

RMail also provides encryption without the need for the recipient to log into a website or portal, for example this email has been sent via RMail and is opened as you would any other.
